Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 40% of your ​appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your ​appointment. You cannot re-book until these fees are paid.

Please try to cancel atleast 48 hours in advance.

LATE POLICY

There is a 10 minute grace period given to all clients. If you arrive late I will do my best ​to finish your service but your service may be altered depending on time. If you are not ​able to make it to your appointment within the 10 minute grace period then we will have ​to re-schedule and there will be a charge of 50% of your service. If an exception is able ​to be made, a late fee of $15 will be added to your service.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service ​and cannot re-schedule unless that fee is paid. If you no show a second time you will no ​longer be able to book in the future.
